Join Our Team

Many people refrain from volunteering because they are afraid of a time commitment. We realize how valuable your time is and appreciate any time that can be offered to help support our work.

Many of our volunteers sell raffle tickets, Pies or support our other fund-raising events. Others help to maintain the cats at Pet Smart or walk dogs at the kennel. Still other opportunities lie with helping with the Donation Can Route or donating recyclable cans or toner cartridges.

If you ready to commit more time, you can foster a cat or dog until a permanent home is found. With all our foster pets, food and medical care is provided at no cost to you.

You are not required to be a member or volunteer to attend our monthly meeting on the third Monday of every month from 7:00PM to 8:00PM at the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Building on Center Highway.

How Can I Volunteer?

Issues requiring votes by our members will be discussed at our membership meetings. Members are notified of the dates and times of the meetings. Board members are nominated and elected once a year. The annual membership fee is $20. You can become a member by contacting us by email or phone.

You are not required to be a member or volunteer to attend our monthly meeting on the third Monday of every month from 7:00PM to 8:00PM at the North Huntingdon Township Building located at 11279 Center Highway.
